This course will demonstrate how active learning techniques can be used to present course material. These techniques are used to achieve course learning outcomes while encouraging students to develop critical thinking skills.

Objectives


  • Explain at least three characteristics of an active learning classroom.
  • Explore tools and technology that can be used while teaching in the active learning classroom.
  • Create one lesson for teaching in the active learning classroom.
  • Contribute ideas for teaching in the active learning classroom.
