Description:  This is an online course designed to train educators on how to leverage Canvas to create a well-designed course and learning path for their students.  Creating a well-designed course takes more than just a basic knowledge of Canvas. Depending on the modality in which you teach, rethinking pedagogical practices is essential. This training will require a time commitment, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow professionally. By the end of the training, you will have created a course with the six essential components of Canvas, including two completed modules (an introductory module and a content module), that is ready to go live in your course(s).

Course Learning Outcomes:

·         Provide basic course information in Canvas.

·         Create a module that leads students through a logical learning path.

·         Explore feedback used in student assessment.
